This policy explains how Senbright handles information when you visit senbright.com, use our contact form, contact us by email, receive a business email from us or unsubscribe, how long we keep it and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
Information on this website
- We do not ask you to create an account on this website.
- We do not set cookies.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not fingerprint visitors. To provide the service, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses, but they are not used to track visitors. Its script is loaded from Cloudflare; all fonts and images are served from this website.
- If you arrive through a link with a campaign tag (for example from one of our emails), that tag and the name of the website you came from are kept with your contact form message only if you send the form, so we know where it came from.
The contact form
When you send the form on our contact page, what you type (your name, email address, company, website, timing, topic, how you heard about us and message), together with any campaign tag and referring website described above, is submitted to our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores the submission and forwards it to us. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list or to our business outreach (see Business outreach).
Hosting
These pages are delivered by our hosting provider, Netlify. When your browser requests a page, the provider’s servers process technical details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.
When you email us
When you write to info@senbright.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list or to our business outreach (see Business outreach).
Business outreach
We sometimes send an introductory email, and follow-up emails, to businesses we think may benefit from our services.
- What we use: a business email address, and where available the person’s name, company name, job title and the company’s website.
- Where it comes from: publicly available business sources: the company’s own website, public Better Business Bureau (BBB) business profiles and, occasionally, public LinkedIn posts. We do not guess email addresses or use email-finder services.
- Why: to contact the business about our services. We do not sell or share these details with anyone else for their own use.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- How long: outreach records are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If you object, we keep only the do-not-contact record described under Unsubscribe requests.
Your right to object: you have the right to object at any time to our use of your details for business outreach (GDPR Art. 21). You can do so without giving a reason, using the unsubscribe link in any email, the unsubscribe page, or by writing to info@senbright.com. We will then stop emailing you within 3 business days.
Unsubscribe requests
When you use the unsubscribe page, your email address and any reason you choose are submitted to our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores the submission and forwards it to us. We remove your address from our outreach list within 3 business days.
After that, we keep only your email address and the date on a do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again. We keep this record indefinitely, because deleting it would mean we could contact you again by mistake. We use it for nothing else.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails only for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of that business relationship.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of our last exchange, both from the form inbox at our hosting provider and from our email.
- Business outreach records are deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Correspondence with clients is kept while the relationship continues and for as long as we need it for the project and our records, then deleted.
- If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we have to keep something to meet a legal obligation, in which case we will tell you what and why.
- Exception: the do-not-contact list described under Unsubscribe requests keeps only your email address and the date, indefinitely; it is not deleted after 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@senbright.com from the address you used, or tell us which address to look for, and we will reply by email, normally within 30 days.
Changes
If this website changes in a way that affects your information, for example through new tools, we will update this policy and the date above beforehand.
